Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have not yet been shipped are eligible for a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Return and Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, which may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
Certain items, including personalised products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned or refunded. Please refer to the product page for details on specific exclusions.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
